We pursue continous education to ensure we are leading edge and uphold the highest standard of professional code of conduct. As a team we currently hold the following professional designations.

Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®)

The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation is Canada's premier wealth transfer and estate planning designation. The CLU is an advanced designation that expands on the knowledge gained in the CFP® education program with a focus on estate planning and wealth transfer. 

The CLU designation is an advanced designation that expands on the CFP® education program. It sets financial advisors apart by successfully meeting established standards for competent practice and presenting a greater level of knowledge and specialized skill in complex wealth and estate-transfer markets. CLU designation-holders are in the unique position of helping Canadians build and preserve wealth.

Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)

The Certified Employee Benefits Specialist® (CEBS) designation is the most respected designation in the benefits industry.

Dalhousie University is responsible for the academic standards of CEBS in Canada, while the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is responsible for program administration. The university-based curriculum distinguishes CEBS from other designations in the benefits field. The CEBS program began in Canada in 1985,

Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)

CFP® designation holders are highly regarded for their ability to provide clients with comprehensive financial planning services. CFP® designation holders put clients' interests first and ensure clients' financial needs and objectives are being met through the financial planning process.

Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®)

The Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation is a leading industry standard for discretionary investment and portfolio management services. It ensures that advisors have the knowledge and skills to evaluate and manage all aspects of a client’s investment portfolio.

Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®)

A Chartered Financial Consultant (CH.F.C.®) is a financial advisor with advanced knowledge in wealth accumulation and retirement planning. An advisor with a CH.F.C. is an expert in retirement planning and capital accumulation strategies.

Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS™)

CHS™ designation was established in 2011 by The Institute for Advanced Financial Education (The Institute) to raise the bar on professional standards and practice methods of financial advisors in the health insurance sector, and to provide designation holders with expertise in this specialized field.

CHS™ is the only health insurance focused designation in Canada — which strategically positions financial advisors to meet the growing market demand for informed health insurance advice.
